with tomato ketchup.The method of preparing aloo ki kachori is very easy and can be divided into three steps.First one, preparing the dough for kachori,second is preparing the aloo masala for
kachori and the third one is the actual process of deep frying the aloo kachori.
A simple potato kachori recipe:

INGREDIENTS:(240 ml cup used)
All purpose flour 1 cup
Onion finely chopped 2
Boiled potatoes 3
Green chilly finely chopped 3
Coriander leaves 1/4 bunch / 1/4 cup
Curry leaves 1 spring
Oil for deep fry
Coriander powder 1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
Salt To taste
Garam masala 1/4 tsp
A STEP BY STEP PHOTOS TO MAKE POTATO KACHORI RECIPE:
.Take a pan add oil and heat it, add cumin seeds saute for a minute add finely chopped green
chilly saute till green chilly turns color/fry well.
.Now add chopped onions, salt saute till the onions transparent add chilly powder,salt, turmeric powder mix well saute for 2 minutes.
.Then add potato peaces (cut potato Into small peaces) mix well cook for 5 minutes then add
garam masala powder, cumin powder and mix all of this, add chopped coriander,curry leaves
after 2 minutes switch off the flame. and transfer this masala in to a plate, let it cool down.
.Take a bowl and add all purpose flour, salt, little oil/ghee, water and mix nicely to make a soft dough, later keep aside for 5 mins.
.Divide the dough into a equal portion, and spread it evenly,with the fingers or using rolling pin.
.Take small portion of dough and press it using hands and stuff aloo mixture and close edges,
again press it into flat round shape kachori.
.Heat oil in a pan and place kachori and deep fry it on slow flame.Till kachori turns golden color.
.Transfer into paper towel and serve it.
