INGREDIENTS:
2 cups Basin powder
1 tbs Tymol seeds
1/2 tbs Turmaric powder
1/4 tbs Baking soda
1/2 tbs Oil
Mirchi bajji
Salt to taste
Water for mixing
FOR MIRCHI STUFFING:
1/2 cup Roasted chanadal powder
1 tbs Cumin powder
1 tbs Coriander powder
1/2 tbs Tymol seeds
1/2 tbs Chat masala
1/4 tbs Tamarind paste
Take a bowl mix all the ingredients with little water
PREPARATION METHOD:
1.Take a bowl add all ingredients(basin powder,tymolseeds,turmaric powder,baking soda,salt) mix wellthen slowly add water and
mix properly with out forming lumbs now add hot oil to this batter(to get crispy bajjies)
2.Rest it for 15 minutes
3.Take mirchi bajjies slit the mirchi in a center and add stuffing into center part of bajji,stuff all mirchies as well
4.Heat oil in a pan take mirchi dip into bater rub the edge slowly put it in to hot iol
5.First we are going to half cook them after they slightly cool then agin fry them once again.
Serve mirchi bajjies with chopped onions,choppedcilantro,chatmasala,lemon juice.
