BOTTLE GOURD CURRY




INGREDIENTS:

1 cup Bottle gourd peaces
1/2 cup Tomato peaces
1/4 cup chopped Onion
2 Green chilly
2 tbs Ground nuts powder
1 tbs Red chilly powder
1/2 tbs Cumin powder
1 tbs Garlic crushed
Turmeric powder
Cilantro
Salt
Oil
Tadka-red chilly,mustard seeds,cumin seeds,urad dal, chana dal,curry leaves.

HOW TO COOK:

.  Take a pan add some oil once oil get heated add tadka (red chilly,mustard seeds,cumin seeds,
   urad dal, chana dal,curry leaves) saute them for few seconds then add green chilly,
   onion and tomato.
.  Once onions and tomato fried well,add bottle gourd peaces,salt,turmeric powder,
   cumin powder,red chilly powder and add water (2-3 glass) cook it well.
.  After bottle gourd cooked well add groundnuts powder,smashed garlic
.  Cook it for few minutes and garnish it with cilantro leaves
.  You can eat bottle gourd curry with rice and dosa.
