RIDGE GOURD FRY



INGREDIENTS:

1 cup Bottle guard peaces
1/2 cup Tomato peaces
1/4 cup chopped Onion
2 Green chilly
2 tbs Ground nuts powder
1 tbs Red chilly powder
1/2 tbs Cumin powder
1 tbs Garlic crushed
Turmeric powder
Cilantro
Salt
Oil
Tadka-red chilly,mustard seeds,cumin seeds,urad dal,
chana dal,curry leaves.

HOW TO COOK:

  1.Take a pan add some oil once oil get heated add tadka
    (red chilly,mustard seeds,cumin seeds,urad dal,chana
     dal,curry leaves saute them for few seconds then add
     onions and tomatoes.
  2.Once onions and tomatoes fried well,add bottle guard
    peaces,salt,Turmeric Powder,Cumin Powder,Red Chilly
    Powder and add water (2-3 glass) cook it well.
  3.After sorakaya cooked well add groundnut powder,smashed
    garlic
  4.Cook it for few minutes and garnish it with coriander leaves
  5.You can eat this pulusu with rice and dosa.
