INGREDIENTS:
1 cup Brinjal
1/2 cup Semolina
1 tbs Red chilly powder
1 tbs Coriander powder
1 tbs Cumin powder
Turmeric powder
Salt
Oil
HOW TO PREPARE:
1.Wash the brinjal and cut them into four,lengthwise,to
three-fourths of their length
2.Take a bowl add brinjal peaces,semolina,red chilly powder,
turmeric powder,cumin powder,coriander powder and salt
mix well
3.Then heat oil in a wide pan add brinjal mixture put lid
on cook un till it gets fry well
4.Serve as a side dish for parties.
5.We can prepare many fries by the same procedure like Aloo
fry, Okra (Bendi) fry, Dondakaaya fry,and Karela fry.
