INGREDIENTS:
1 cup chopped Cabbage
1/2 cup Green peas
1/2 cup chopped Tomato
1/2 cup Onion chopped
1 tbs ginger Garlic paste
1 tbs Garam masala
1/2 tbs Red chilly powder
Turmeric powder
Cilantro
Water
Salt
Oil
Tadka- mustard seeds,cumin seeds,red chilly,curry leaves.
HOW TO COOK:
1.Heat oil in a pan add tadka(mustard seeds,cumin seeds,
red chilly,curry leaves)onion saute for few seconds add
ginger garlic paste saute till the raw flavor is gone
2.Then add green peace,cabbage put lid on cook it for 5 minu
tes now add tomato red chilly powder,turmeric powder,salt,
garam masala mix well and add little water and cook till
the cabbage become soft
3.Garnish with cilantro and serve it with chapati and roti.
