RAJMA MASALA



INGREDIENTS:

1 cup Red kidney beans
1 Onions finely chopped
3 Tomatoes small
4 Green chilies
1 tbs Garlic and Ginger paste
1 tbs Chilly powder
1/2 tbs Turmeric powder
1 tbs Kasoori methi powder
1 tbs garam masala
1/2 tbs Cumin powder
Salt To Taste
Butter
Oil

HOW TO COOK:

  1.Soak the red kidney beans overnight
  2.Next day,cook in a pressure cooker till done
  3.Heat the oil and fry the onions for 5 minutes.
  4.Add the ginger-garlic paste and green chilly and
     cook again for 3 minutes.
  5.Add the tomato chopped or paste,red chilly powder,salt
     to this mixture and cook untill well done .now
    add cumin powder,turmeric powder,garam masala,kasoori
    methi powder and  mix well then add boiled kidney beans
    to this mixture
  6.Cook again till 15 minutes until the rajma (kidney beans)
    gets nice flavor.
  7.Serve with chapati/roti/puri.
