PALAKURA FRY




INGREDIENTS:

1 cup chopped Palakura / Amaranthus
1/2 cup socked Chana dal
1 tbs Red chilly powder
1/2 tbs Turmeric powder
1 tbs Coriander powder
1 tbs Coconut powder
Salt
Oil
Tempering:red chilly,mustard seeds,cumin seeds

METHOD:
  .Heat oil in a pan add red chilly,mustard seeds,cumin seeds saute
   for few seconds add socked chana dal place lid on cook it for 3-4
   minutes
  .Now add chopped palakura/amaranthus put lid on cook till it soft
   then add red chilly powder,salt,turmeric powder,coriander pwr,
   coconut pwr  mix well let it simmer it for 3 minutes switch of
   the flame.
