BITTER GOURD FRY




Those  who hate bitter gourd they will  love to eat if u fallow this procedure this is my own      experience

INGREDIENTS:

2 cups  Bitter gourd  slices
1/2 cup Coconut powder
1 tbs  Coriander powder
2 tbs  Red chilly powder 
6 Garlic cloves
Curry leaves
Turmeric powder
Salt to taste
Oil

METHOD:

1.Bitter gourd cut into thin slices transfer it into a bowl add salt and turmeric  mix well keep it 
    aside for 10 minutes and wash with water for 2 times.this way i have cut the bitter gourd  do
    not remove seeds. 

                                                           


( if u fallow 1st point 1 day before doing fry  the moisture will evaporate  from bitter gourd
  this procedure  will take less oil than instant)
2.Heat oil in a pan add bitter guard slices saute them in a low flame till the bitter 
  guard changes its color  golden Brown and crispy 

                                          



3.Take a mixi jar add coconut powder,red chilly,salt,turmeric powder,Coriander powder
  and garlic cloves grind till u get fine powder   

                                         


4.Add this powder,curry leaves to the fried bitter gourd mix well and cook for 5 minutes

                                                        



5.Now your tasty bitter melon fry is ready you can serve this as a side dish.


NOTE-You can store  this for 5-10 days
