INGREDIENTS:
1 cup chopped Carrot & Cabbage
2 Green chilly
1 tbs Ginger and Garlic paste
1 tbs Red chilly powder
1 tbs Coconut powder
1 tbs Coriander powder
1 tbs Cumin powder
Turmeric powder
Salt
Oil
Tempering - mustard seeds , cumin seeds , urad dal ,chana dal and curry leaves.
METHOD:
1.Heat oil in a wide pan add tempering saute for a few seconds and add green chilly ,
ginger & garlic paste saute till the raw flavor gone
2.Then add carrot and cabbage cook till it gets soft add red chilly power,turmeric power,
salt,cumin powder,coriander powder,coconut powder mix well
3.Now your taste carrot and cabbage fry is ready to serve with chapati.
