SOYA NUGGETS KA SALAN



INGREDIENTS:


1 cup socked (30 minutes) Soya Nuggets
2 Green chilly
1 cup chopped onions
2 tbs Ginger and garlic paste
1 tbs red chilly powder
1 tbs garam masala
1 tbs tamarind paste
2 tbs sesame seeds
1/2 cup peanuts
1/2 cup coconut
1/2 cup chopped tomato
10 finely chopped mint leaves
3 Cinnamon peaces
5 Cloves
salt to taste
coriander leaves
turmeric powder
Oil

MASALA PREPARATION: 

Peanuts, coconut and sesame seeds dry roast all the ingredients and make a paste.




METHOD:

·  Heat 1 tbs of Oil in a pan, add Onions , tomato put the lid on cook it for 5 minutes.
·  After that put it in a mix jar and make a paste.
·  Heat oil in a pan, add Cinnamon , Cloves saute for a minute
·  Now add green chilly, Ginger and garlic paste cook till raw flavor gone.
·  Now add peanut , coconut , sesame seeds, onion and tomato paste cook it in a
   slow flame cook it for 10 minutes.
·  Now add red chilly powder, turmeric powder , salt , garam masala, socked soya
   Nuggets, tamarind paste and water according to consistency put the lid on till the
   soya nuggets observe masala.
·  Finally add chopped mint leaves and coriander leaves after 5 minutes switch of the flame.
·  Now you are tasty Soya Nuggets Ka Salan is ready to serve with chapattis, Puri and rice.
