11/2 cup chopped Brinjal
1/2 cup socked Chana dal(1 hr)
1 cup chopped Tomato
1/4 cup chopped Onion
2 chopped Green chilly
1 tbs Ginger & Garlic paste
1 tbs Garam masala
1 tbs Red chilly powder
1 tbs Coconut powder
Turmeric powder
Cilantro
Water
Salt
Tadka - mustard seeds,cumin seeds,uraddal, curry leaves.
METHOD:
.Heat oil in a pan add tadka ingredients saute for a minute add green chilly,onion,
ginger garlic paste cook untill raw flavor gone.
.Add socked chana dal,tomato,water place the lid cook till it get soft.
.Now add redchilly powder,turmeric,salt,brinjal mix well cook till brinjal get soft add garam masala,
coconut powder after 2 minutes switch off the flame.
.Finally garnish with cilantro,now your tasty chanadal brinjal curry is ready to serve with
rice,chapatti and roti.
