INGREDIENTS:
1 cup maida/all purpose flour
1/4 cup rice flour
1 cup curd/butter milk
1/2 tbs backing soda
5 finely chopped green chilly
1 tbs finely chopped ginger
1 tbs cumin seeds
2 tbs finely chopped coconut peaces
salt
oil
METHOD:
.Take a bowl add maida,rice flour,backing soda,salt and butter milk mix well and keep it aside for 10 minutes then add green chilly,ginger,coconut ,cumin seeds and mix well
. Now your mysore bonda is ready you can eat with coconut chutney.
