ULLIKARAM



INGREDIENTS:

1 cup chopped Onion
5 Red chilly
1 tbs Cumin seeds
5 Garlic cloves
Salt to taste
Oil
Tempering-mustard seeds,cumin seeds,urad dal,chana dal,curry leaves.

METHOD:

.Dry roast red chilly,cumin seeds
.Take a mixi jar add red chilly,cumin seeds  make them into course powder,then add onion,salt,garlic   all together make a course paste.
                                                   
       
.For tempering heat oil in a pan add mustard seeds,cumin seeds,urad dal,chana dal,curry leaves saute    for a minute and add  onion paste mix well after 5 minutes switch off the flame.

                                       


.Now your tasty ullikaram is ready to serve with chapatti,dosa,rice and roti.
