PEANUT ONION CHUTNEY FOR DOSA



INGREDIENTS:

1 small cup peanuts
1/2 tbs Red chilly powder
1/2 cup chopped Onion
4  Green chilly
5 Garlic cloves
Little bit ginger                        
Lemon size tamarind
Salt
Oil
Tempering-mustard seeds,cumin seeds,urad dal chana dal,curry leaves

METHOD:

1.Heat oil in a pan add peanuts cook till peanuts slight color then add ginger,onion,green chilly 
  saute onions little bit and add green chilly,tamarind,red chilly powder,salt cook it for 2 more 
  minutes  and switch off the flame.
2.After cool down grind it in a mixi jar and put tempering
3.For tempering heat oil in a pan add mustard seeds,cumin seeds,chana dal,curry leaves saute
   for few seconds  pore this into chutney and mix well.
