TAMARIND RICE



INGREDIENTS:

2 cups B oiled rice
6 chopped Green chilly
4 Red chilly
2 springs Curry leaves
1 tbs Urad dal
1 tbs Chana dal
3 tbs Ground nuts
1/2 tbs Mustard seeds
1/2 tbs Cumin seeds
3/4 cup Tamarind juice
1 tbs Cumin&Coriander powder
1/4 tbs Hing
Turmeric powder
Coriander leaves
Salt

METHOD:

. Heat oil in a pan add mustard seeds, when they splutter add cumin seeds, chana dal, urad dal,
  ground nuts, dry chilli saute for few minutes.
                                                   

. Then add green chilli, curry leaves,tamarind paste,turmeric, salt,cumin and coriander powder
   mix it well.

                                                             



. And add cooked rice ,cilantro mix well Serve hot.
