VEGETABLE FRIED RICE




INGREDIENTS:

2 cups Boiled rice
1/2 cup chopped Onion
1/2 cup chopped Capsicum
1/2 cup chopped Carrot
1/2 cup chopped Beans
1 tbs Red chilly powder
1/2 tbs Cumin powder
1/2 tbs Coriander powder
Turmeric powder
Cilantro
1 small Lemon
Salt to taste
Oil
                                                         

METHOD:

 .Heat oil in a pan add beans,carrot saute for few minutes add onion,bell pepper fry the vegetables
  un till golden brown and make sure that the vegetables are almost cooked.

                                                     
 .Now add red chilly powder,cumin powder,coriander powder,salt and turmeric mix well.
                                                       

.After 2 minutes add boiled rice mix it evenly.finally garnish with cilantro and sprinkle
 some lemon juice.
                                                     
         
.Now your simple vegetable  fried rice is ready you can eat with raitha.
