TINDORA ULLIKARAM FRY


INGREDIENTS:

1 cup chopped Tindora
2 Green chilly
1 tbs Ginger and Garlic paste
1 cup chopped Onion
5 Red chilly
1 tbs Cumin seeds
5 Garlic cloves
Salt to taste
Oil
Tempering-mustard seeds,cumin seeds,urad dal,chana dal,curry leaves.

METHOD:

.Dry roast red chilly,cumin seeds
.Take a mixi jar add red chilly,cumin seeds  make them into course powder,then add onion,salt,garlic   all together make  a course paste.

                                                               

.Heat oil in a pan add tempering ingredients saute for a minute and add green chilly,ginger and garlic   paste cook un till raw flavor gone and add tindora place lid on cook un till tindora get soft

                                         


.Now add   onion paste mix well after five minutes switch off the flame.
.Now your tasty tindora ullikaram is ready to serve with chapati and rice.
