ALLO GOBI



INGREDIENTS:

1 cup chopped Cauliflower
1 cup chopped Potato
1/2 cup Green peas
1 tbs Ginger Garlic paste
1/2 cup finely chopped Onion
1/2 cup finely chopped Tomato
4 Green chilly
1/2 tbs Red chilly powder
1 tbs Coriander powder
1/2 tbs Garam masala
1/4 tbs Kasuri methi
Coriander leaves
Turmeric powder
Salt
Oil
Tempering:mustard seeds,cumin seeds,curry leaves.

METHOD:

1.In a hot pan, add mustard seeds and cumin seeds when they splutter add chopped onions,
  and by adding salt cook till they appear slightly golden in color.
2.Add turmeric powder and cook for a minute and then add ginger garlic paste cook till the raw
   flavor  gone.
                                                     
3.Now add chopped tomatoes then put the lid on and cook for few minutes.
                                                     
4.Add cauliflower pieces, green peas and potatoes. By adding enough of water, cook for 6-7
   minutes   by closing the lid.
                                             
5.And add red chilly powder,coriander powder,turmeric cook all the vegetables get soft .                     
6.Finally add garam masala, Kasuri methi and chopped coriander and serve hot with chapatti,naan.
