1/2 cup chopped Green bell pepper
1 cup chopped califlour
1/2 tbs Red chilli powder
1/2 tbs Coriander powder
Turmeric powder
1 tbs Tomato puree
3 Green chillies
Salt To Taste
1/4 cup Onions(sliced)
1/2 tbs Garlic(chopped)
1/2 tbs Ginger(chopped)
1 tbs Cumin seeds
3 Red chillies
Coriander leaves(chopped)
1 tbs Black pepper
1 tbs Lemon juice
Oil
METHOD:
1. Cut the cauliflower into florets and boil them in little salt and turmeric water.
2. Once cooked, drain the water and keep aside.
3. Add oil to the pan, when it heats up, put in dry red chilies, cumin seeds, ginger,garlic, onions
and little salt. Saute all the ingredients well until they turn translucent.
4. Add green chilies, tomato puree. Saute well till the tomato puree dries off.
5. Add turmeric powder, coriander powder, red chilli powder and mix well.
6. And Add cut green and red bell peppers, water,boiled cauliflower florets. Saute it well until the
masala are nicely coated over the florets.
8. Add lemon juice and stir over high flame for few minutes. Serve with roti, chapatti, naan or rice
