1 cup chopped Cluster beans
1 cup chopped Onion
1/2 cup grated fresh Coconut/frozen coconut
3 Green chilly
1 tbs Red chilly powder
1 tbs Coriander powder
Turmeric powder
Cilantro
Salt
Oil
Tempering - mustard seeds, chana dal,urad dal,cumin seeds, curry leaves.
METHOD:
.Heat oil in a pan add tempering ingredients saute for a minute add green chilly,onion
cook till onion get transparent add cluster beans place lid on cook till cluster beans
get soft.
.Now add red chilly powder,salt,turmeric powder,coriander powder,coconut powder mix well
cook it for 2 more minutes and switch off the flame.
.Finally garnish with cilantro and serve with rice,chapatti,roti.
