This rice is easy and simple to make.
A simple vegetable fried rice recipe:

INGREDIENTS:(240 ml cup used)
Basmati rice - 2 cups.
Salt - to taste.
Garlic - 5 numbers finely chopped
Ginger - 1 small finely chopped
Beans - 10 numbers chopped
Carrot - 1 number chopped
Green peas - 1/4 cup
corn - 1/4 cup.
Water - 3 cups.
Onion - half number chopped
Green chillies - 5 numbers.
Black pepper ground - 1/2 tea spoon
Red chilly powder - 1/4 tbs+
Cumin powder - 1/4 tbs
Coriander powder - 1/2 tbs
Soya sauce - 1/4 tbs (optional)
Vinegar - 1/4 tbs (optional)
Oil/butter - 2 tbs
STEP BY STEP METHOD TO MAKE VEGETABLE FRIED RICE RECIPE:
.Soak the rice for half en hour. Cook it in rice cooker or normal bowl by adding 1 tbs oil.
When the rice is done take it out and spread it in a plate. cool down(when the rice is full
heat while mixing time its going to mash).
.Cut all the vegetables in length wise it should be thinner in width. i don't have time to cut my vegetable,that's why today i am taking frozen mixed vegetable.
.Heat butter/oil in a pan add garlic cloves,ginger saute till the raw flavor is gone.Add onion saute till onion transparent add all the vegetables and saute it until cooked Add little salt to it.
.Now add green chilly saute it after 2 minutes add red chilly powder,salt,cumin powder,coriander powder,black pepper place the lid and cook it for 4 minutes.
.Now add boiled rice If you want you can also add soya sauce,vinegar mix this vegetables and rice well and garnish with cilantro.
