Restarant style carrot potato fry | How to make carrot allo deep fry recipe



Carrot potato fry : Aloo carrot is a great combination and can be used too prepare many dishes
like bajji,fries etc..It is very easy and simple to prepare and this can served as side dish with sambar and rasam. This is one of the kids favorite recipe.


A simple carrot potato fry recipe:

INGREDIENTS:

Carrots - 2
potatoes - 2
peanuts - 1/2 cup (2410 ml cup used)
curry leaves -2 springs
besan flour - 5 tbs
ginger garlic paste - 1/2 tbs
coriander powder - 1/2 tbs
red chilly powder - 1 tbs
turmeric powder - 1/4 tbs
salt to taste
water
oil

STEP BY STEP PHOTOS TO MAKE CARROT POTATO FRY RECIPE:

.Peel,wash and chop them into medium length wise peaces as shown below.


.Take a bowl add chopped aloo,carrot peaces,besan flour,red chilly powder,salt,turmeric powder,    ginger garlic paste,coriander powder mix well and sprinkle some water and mix.rest it for 15  minutes.



.Heat oil for deep frying and fry till it is light brown(do not deep fry too much / too crispy)in between  mix frequently.

.Take peanuts and curry leaves deep fry them and add to the deep fried potato,carrot mixture.


.Now your tasty carrot aloo deep fry is ready to serve as a side dish with sambar  and rasam.
